Back in October we attended the lovely NEW West Berkshire Business Awards ceremony which was held at Newbury racecourse.
The evening consisted of a lovely meal and light evening entertainment. The night was electric and the vibe was buzzing with lots of Business’s up for awards. We personally were up for Best Use of Social Media….. and seeing as we live and breath it for our business it just seemed fit to go for it……
Once the meal was over the awards started and it was a nervous but very exciting time. We had only just won an industry award back in March at the English Hair & Beauty Awards so to hopefully win another would be incredible!
As our category came up my heart was sunk to the pit of my stomach and my heart beating so fast it felt like it was going to pop out….
My name was called and my god the excitement…. relief and joy was outstanding.
To win such an incredible award was breath taking. We work so hard at our Social Media that to be recognised for it was fantastic. We had some tough competition too and they were fantastic in congratulating us and were great competitors….
So that’s our 2nd award in less then a year….. can we do it again??? We will defo be going for it again!
